Here’s how to charge the vibrating bullet:

Gently insert the tip of the charging pin into the hole and leave it to charge. As with any rechargeable product, please don’t leave the bullet unattended while charging.

The bullet offers 3 speeds, and we recommend setting the highest speed before inserting the bullet into the dildo. The on/off button is on the side of the bullet, which can make it tricky to change settings mid-thrust.

Please Note: Coat the bullet in a drop of lube before sliding it into the dildo, and it pops out much easier!

Care & Cleaning of Wirly 3 Slim Vibrating Dildo: (remove bullet first) Use Sh! Toy Cleaner/Soap/10% bleach solution/rubbing alcohol. Rinse thoroughly. To sterilize: Boil for 3 minutes / or use the top rack of a dishwasher. Take care not to break/split the surface of your dildo. Keep away from direct heat or sunlight. Store in a dry, fluff-free place.

Bullet – Remove & clean separately with Sh! Toy Cleaner or antibacterial soap. Wipe to rinse, taking care not to get water in the recharging point.

UK DELIVERY
We use Royal Mail as our trusted delivery provider who delivers 95%+ of our parcels on time.

You can track your parcel with Royal Mail here (via tracking code in the dispatch email we sent you - check your spam, if you haven't received it!).

If Royal Mail says: 'an update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item,' it means it's still in Royal Mail's system and unfortunately until we know where it is, we can't refund or resend.

Delivery timescales (above) are from our experience, but each country has a different customs & delivery process, which can effect/delay delivery. We have no control over this.
We legally must add a customs declaration saying what is in the parcel. We have found creative ways to be as discreet as possible, we promise!
Tax (UK VAT) is automatically removed from orders made outside of the UK. You will need to pay your country's own VAT when your order arrives in your country. Your country's delivery company will send you this tax bill to pay.
It's your responsibility to pay this tax. Some countries will not deliver the order until it has been paid. If you fail to pay this, your order may be returned back to us. As we have paid for this delivery, we cannot refund any delivery costs if this happens, but we will refund the order contents ONCE they arrive safely back to us.
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail. Once the order leaves the UK, it is handled by your country's delivery company.
Some counties do not allow the UK to send a fully tracked parcel. If your package is lost in your country or stuck in customs - we are sorry but we have no control over this.
GOOD TO KNOW
When the UK left the European Union in 2020 (Brexit), the rules that apply to imports from non-EU countries started to apply to EU goods as well. Likewise, the EU now treats goods from the UK the same way it handles imports from outside the EU. This means that all parcels going into the EU must go through customs. Customs officials will decide if any duties or taxes are due based on the information in the shipping documents. The charges that may apply include:

Import Duty: A percentage charge based on the value of the goods, which varies depending on the type of product and where it’s from.
Import VAT: VAT charged at the local rate, applied to the total value of the goods and duties.
Clearance Fee: An administrative fee to cover the costs of handling, paperwork, and collecting payment.
This is out of our control and we regret we are unable to refund any of these fees if they are applied to your order by Customs in your country.

We'll also email you to let you know your parcel has been dispatched so you can look out for the post. Most parcels won't fit through a letterbox, which is why we'll often upgrade our service to recorded delivery as this ensures your parcel is safely delivered to you. These parcels need to be signed for.
If you have chosen Next Day UK Delivery, we'll email the GPO reference so you can track your delivery on the Royal Mail website


 

Refund Policy

TOY TROUBLE?
As technology moves on, battery-operated toys can now require batteries to be placed in a particular order or be a specific power-level, rechargeable toys need to be connected in a certain way or buttons need to be pressed in a specific way.

We try to list all this info on the toy's product page.

If you believe your toy doesn't work, the best thing to do is to give us a call: 03333 444 005. or contact us on our chatbox - we'll be able to talk you through your toy and determine if it's working or not. We're always friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

WE PROMISE EASY, NO QUIBBLE RETURNS
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 gives you the right to cancel an order, without giving any reason, within 14 days.

At Sh! we extend this to 30 days

If you are not totally happy with any product, simply return it, sealed in its original packaging, within 30 days for an alternative or a refund.

This period starts on the day after the goods were received by you. Your right to cancel can be exercised in writing or by email to hello@sh-womenstore.com.

For your own protection, we recommend you return items by recorded mail.

RETURNING AN UNWANTED ITEM
If you've changed your mind, you can return the product for a refund or credit voucher, so long as it is sealed in its original packaging. We cannot refund your return postage costs. If the items you bought and subsequently returned qualified for free shipping, we will deduduct the cost of postage we incurred by sending them to you.

If you'd like to swap the product for another - no problem, so long as it's still sealed in it's original packaging, Again, we can't refund your postage costs and may have to charge an additional P&P for delivery of your new item.

Non-defective intimate products and underwear cannot be returned if the seal is broken. Nor can books, if the seal is broken [as stated in the cited exemptions in Article 13 Distance Selling Regulations]. Items cannot be deemed 'defective' if you have an allergic reaction to them ( please do a patch test when using a new lube or enhancer), nor can pleasure products be deemed defective because you're not happy with the effect/sensation.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If the item is defective, first of all - we're sorry - we'll do our best to sort this out asap.

ALL items on our website are covered within our 30-day warranty period, during which time we will repair or replace any defective product.

Many items have an extended 1-year warranty - All Sh! products carry a 1-year guarantee. Other items with 1-year guarantees will be stated on the product or brands pages of our website.

We'll will reimburse 'Tracked 48' postage costs if you have to return a defective product to us, but please always contact us before sending.

Please ensure that you thoroughly clean any defective toy you return - Thanks!

WE PROMISE SPEEDY REFUNDS
If you have to return something to us, you can opt either for a gift card to the value owed or for a refund back to the payment method you used when ordering with us.

We do have to wait for the item to land back with us to issue gift cards or refunds.

If you opt for a refund on a cancelled order or defective product, this will be issued within 7 days of our receiving the item back, though it will often be sooner.

Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

CANCELING AN ORDER BEFORE DISPATCH
If, for any reason, you've changed your mind before we've dispatched - no problem. but you'll have to act fast, as our service is super speedy!

Call us on 03333 444 0005 ASAP If we havent yet assigned postage to it, we will cancel your order and refund.

If we have assigned postage, but havent yet dispatched, we can fish it out, but are unable to refund the postage we've already spent.

If it's been dispatched then we have to wait form it to be returned to us, before we can issue a refund.
